Five Ford Fiesta owners win trip to watch Champions League final live

With the UEFA Champions League Final between Bayern Munich and Chelsea looming, the Ford Fiesta Best-Dressed Contest had also recently came to its conclusion. The contest, which asked owners of the Fiesta to dress-up their cars as creatively as possible using football as a theme, offered participants the chance to be one of three winners flown to Munich to witness the match live.

The contest attracted the participation of Fiesta owners of all ages, some coming from as far as Kedah to attend the final judging session held recently at Jalan Telawi 3 in Bangsar. There were also many none-participating Fiesta owners who turned up in support of the event.

One of the more outstanding entries came from Kuala Lumpur’s Mandy Wong, who dressed her Fiesta up in the theme of her favourite player Lionel Messi and team FC Barcelona. Her favourite player and team are out of the competition, but Mandy can more than adequately console herself with the fact that she was named as one of the winning entries of the contest.

Joining her on the flight to Munich will be Goh Saik Chew, Joseph Kew, Lim Bu Hooi, and Say Kuei Lin, as Ford sprang a surprise by announcing five winners rather than the promised three. None of the other participants returned home empty handed, as they received a Sony PlayStation3 each as consolation prizes.
