Touch ‘n Go users now have at their disposal an additional two customer service counters to attend to their needs. Dubbed Touch ‘n Go SPOTs, the facilities allow users to reload and purchase Touch ‘n Go cards and also Smart Tags. No fees are charged for reloads performed at Touch ‘n Go SPOTs.

There are currently seven Touch ‘n Go SPOTs situated around the country, and the latest two were opened last week in the BHPetrol stations situated at Sg Besi and Sg Kayu Ara, Damansara Highway. At the SPOTs, users can also enquire and claim their Toll Rebate Redemption under the Government’s Frequent Traveler Programme.

Mr. KT Tan, Managing Director of Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd said “We are glad that BHPetrol is chosen to host the Touch ‘n Go SPOTs, currently at two stations, in Sungai Besi and Sungai Kayu Ara. We are hoping to have more Touch ‘n Go SPOT to open in the near future, as we try to maximize the experience of convenience where they can refuel, reload and purchase Smart Tags, and buy food and beverages at one stop before continuing their journey.”

In conjunction with the opening of the new Touch ‘n Go Spots, users who reload at all SPOTs stand a chance to win Touch ‘n Go prizes in the ‘Spot ‘n Win’ Contest. Three lucky winners can drive away with a Smart Tag and Reload Vouchers of RM300, RM200 and RM100. 15 consolation prize winners will each win themselves Reload Vouchers at RM50.

To participate, motorists will need reload at any Touch ‘N Go SPOTs, get a ‘Spot ‘n Win’ car sticker, register and display the sticker on their windscreen. Touch ‘n Go Spotters will be on the look, and winners will be chosen based on the frequency and the earliest time spotted.
