Isuzu dealers raise RM22k for Japan

by -

Aid continues to flow into Japan for the victims of the 11 March Sendai Earthquake, and the latest donors were Isuzu Malaysia’s network of dealers, who just handed over RM22,000 to the Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRCS) to be disbursed to the Japanese Red Cross Society to help with relief efforts.

A simple handover ceremony was held in Kuala Lumpur recently, with Isuzu Malaysia CEO Mr Takashi Hata representing the network of dealers in handing over their contribution to MRCS Secretary General Datuk Hj Noordin bin Hj Abdul Razak.

Thanking the Isuzu dealers, Datuk Hj Noordin said, “One of the hallmarks of the efforts by the Malaysian Red Crescent Society is to see people of various ethnic and social backgrounds who continually support relief efforts regardless of the tragedy or where it happens.”
