G’Zox brings auto detailing to KK, Sabah

J.C. International, operators of the G’Zox Techno Centre in Bandar Sunway, has expanded its operations to East Malaysia with the opening of a new branch along Jalan Bandusan in Penampang, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Like its headquarters in Sunway, the KK branch (Auto Detailers) also offers G’Zox’s trademark protective coating, the Real Glass Coat, claimed to be able to restore the paintwork as well as maximize its gloss, shine and reflectivity.

According to information provided by G’Zox, glass coats being hard protective layers, last longer than wax coats, which are soft protective layers and are thus vulnerable to breakdown by contaminants after several washes or continued exposure to rain. Glass coated vehicles need no polishing or waxing, with regular washes more than enough to keep the vehicle’s shine.

The product is effective on old and new vehicles, although the older the vehicle gets, the longer the application process takes to achieve similar levels of shine. Application costs start at RM1,800 for small and medium vehicles like the Perodua Myvi, and goes upwards for bigger cars.

Meanwhile, Auto Detailers director Jeffrey Chong said the centre is open from 9.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. seven days a week. The centre is staffed with three trained detailers to apply the glass coating which usually takes about half a day to complete.

In addition to paintwork protection, G’Zox Techno Centre also offers complete glass coating protection for the rest of the vehicle, such as the wind screen, rims, vinyl, tire and headlights. Another interesting product on offer is the G’Zox nano titanium which eliminates odours in vehicles.
