The BMW Shorties 2010 Judges Clinic

In its ongoing commitment to the Malaysian film making community, BMW Group Malaysia has been providing talented individuals the opportunity to develop and explore their creativity through the BMW Shorties short film competition.
Now in its fourth year, the BMW Shorties continues in its effort to strengthen the Malaysian cinematic community through the BMW Shorties 2010 – Judges’ Clinic.
With a panel of judges encompassing a wider scope of film makers than ever before, this year’s lineup of judges comprises of directors Tan Chui Mui, an international award-winning independent filmmaker and three time veteran to the BMW Shorties; Harun Rahman, an award winning documentary maker whose production credits include titles for National Geographic Asia and the History Channel; Award winning local actress Sharifah Amani; Manesh Nesaratnam, filmmaker and producer of the “Your Grandfather’s Road” crowd-sourcing film project as well as Nisha Omar, commercial producer and executive producer of the BMW Shorties 2007 award winning entry “K-Hole” and the BMW Shorties production “Teddy & I”
All five judges will share their expertise and experience with budding filmmakers on filming and submitting an entry to the BMW Shorties.
Admission is free and registration can be made online via www.bmwshorties.com.my. Places for the BMW Shorties 2010 Judges Clinic is limited and is only available to participants on a first come first served basis. Details of the BMW Shorties 2010 Judges Clinic are as below:
