AmBank Group to become official bank for KLIMS ’10
The AmBank Group has been announced as the official bank of the Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show 2010 in a signing ceremony between the bank and also the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) yesterday. Also announced during the ceremony was the appointment of AmBank CARZ Card as the official card for KLIMS’10.
“We are delighted to be the official bank for the KLIMS’10 as this is the premier motor show event in the country. With an expected crowd of approximately 330,000 visitors, KLIMS’10 is a valuable platform for us to showcase products and services, customized for individuals and corporate bodies within the auto industry,” said Datuk Mohamed Azmi Mahmood, Managing Director, Retail Banking, AmBank (M) Berhad.
Signing on behalf of AmBank Group was Datuk Mohamed Azmi Mahmood, Managing Director, Retail Banking, AmBank (M) Berhad while the MAA was represented by Datuk Aishah Ahmad, Organising Committee Chairman and also President of MAA.
To commemorate this special occasion, AmBank Cards will also be launching a limited edition CARz Card to mark its status as the official card of KLIMS’10. These commemorative AmBank CARz KLIMS’10 collectible cards will be given to 5,000 lucky KLIM visitors.
During the motor show, some 2,000 tickets will be offered to the public at discounted prices courtesy of AmBank Cards. AmBank CARz Cardmembers will enjoy added benefits at the Show in the form of purchase privileges and rewards when using AmBank card at exhibitor booths. Also exclusive for KLIMS ’10 visitors is the offer for a 4.3″ GPS unit at RM299 for every approved new car financing by AmBank Auto-Finance.
