Volkswagen appoints Zhang Jing as Head of After Sales, Volkswagen Group Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, 4th August 2010 – Volkswagen Group Malaysia (VGM) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Zhang Jing as its Head of After Sales, with immediate effect.
Mr. Zhang brings with him more than 10 years experience with Volkswagen Import China Co. Ltd, where he was instrumental in setting up the dealer network for the FBU (Import) business of Volkswagen in China. Prior to joining VGM, he was responsible for Technical Service and Support in Volkswagen China. Mr Zhang also brings with him experience in the After Sales Market Service as well as in the areas of Warranty.
In announcing the appointment, Mr Andreas Prinz, Managing Director of VGM said, “Mr. Zhang’s broad experience in all areas of After Sales Service as well as establishing the Import Network of Volkswagen in China, will give us a lot of
positive and necessary input to streamline and expand our Dealer Network and its After Sales Service”.
He added: “After three and a half years of operations in Malaysia it is now key to strengthen and grow this area and finally increase customer loyalty for Volkswagen in Malaysia”.
