New Wearnes GM to Raise Standard in Customer Satisfaction

Wearnes Automotive, the company that set the bar in customer satisfaction through its delightful Volvo and Volkswagen dealerships in the Klang Valley will further push to raise the platinum standard in customer satisfaction.

Newly-appointed General Manager Jack Zaal has reaffirmed his commitment towards upholding the company’s founding objective of delighting customers with memorable automotive experiences.

“I believe that our commitment towards making customer satisfaction our number one priority has been key to setting us apart from our competitors and we will continue our efforts to ensure total customer satisfaction,” said Zaal.

Having spent the last six years in Malaysia as Volvo Car Corporation’s Regional Product Manager and later Regional Business Manager, Zaal brings a wealth of insight and understanding of individual customers’ needs.

“Customers who step into a Wearnes Automotive outlet, be it Swedish Marque or Wearnes VW, already anticipate a high level of attentive service. Our immediate goal will be to further delight them by taking their experience to the next level of satisfaction,” added Zaal.

Holding a BE from HES J.van Zwijndregt in the Netherlands, Zaal was attached to Heineken and Esso before joining Volvo Car BV in 1990. He later moved to Volvo Car Corporation where he spent the last 17 years in various positions in Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands and Malaysia.

– Volvo Car BV was a Dutch auto factory bought over by Volvo in the 1970s. Volvo has since sold its share of the factory, now known as NedCar, to Mitsubishi Motors.
– HE’S J.van Zwijndregt (we don’t know how it’s pronounced either), is apparently a school of economics located in The Hague, Holland.
