Autoworld has joined the queue of journalists requesting for a test car, we look forward to bring you a full test drive report soon. For now, we’ll have to make do with these pictures snapped at the launch. Enjoy!

Upclose with the car: Z4 sDrive35i
Massive kidney grilles set to be the signature for the next generation of BMWs
The award winning 3.0-litre twin-turbo N54B30 engine powers the sDrive35i
Interior of the sDrive35i with Brown Ash grain and second-gen iDrive. Seven-speed M-DCT is controlled via perfectly shaped gearknob.
Power retractable hardtop also shows Hoffmeister kink.

Now, onto the sDrive23i
First thing that strikes you about the 23i is that the rims don’t look as impressive.
The rear three quarters of the 23i.
23i‘s interior does without iDrive and ergonomic gear lever of 35i, and hence looks less luxurious. However, the brushed aluminium finish actually makes this the sportier looking cabin.
Wide and narrow stance gives the Z4 a very sinister and menacing look from the front.
The centre console. Notice Audi-like handbrake switch carried over from 7-series.
Dual-zone climate control is standard.
The N52B25 in the sDrive23i. It was rubbish in the 523i, but beautifully balanced for the 323i. Should be a gem in the Z4. Shame that BMW is not offering the 25i version instead though.
Wow this car is nice. I like it.Hope can own one day.
