New Peugeot Blue Box in Kuala Lumpur

KUALA LUMPUR – Nasim Sdn Bhd (NSB), franchise holders of the Peugeot marque has appointed Kheng Soon Service Sdn Bhd to handle the second Peugeot Blue Box 3S. Present at the launch of the new Blue Box were Chairman of IZ Group, En Yusof Ibrahim, Mr Samson Anand George, General Manager of Nasim Sdn Bhd and En Ismik Yusof, Managing Director of KSS Blue Box.

KS Service Sdn Bhd was established in 2000 and began business by being a 2S dealer for Peugeot. Through the years, they have built up a customer base of approximately 2000 and most of their loyal customers drive models from the 405 onwards. When Nasim Sdn Bhd (NSB) was appointed the official franchise holder for Peugeot in early 2008, KS Service applied for a 3S dealership with NSB and was duly awarded based on the good track record of the company.

KS Service (KSS) has invested more than RM2 million in its new 3S centre in Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur. The location was selected based on the following criteria:

1) To support Peugeot owners from KL (Selangor Peugeot owners are supported by Blue Box Glenmarie.
2) Familiarity of the Chan Sow Lin area to existing customer base and also potential new customers.

KSS Blue Box has been in operation since 10 July 2008 in conjunction with the launch of the new 407 that was launched on 9 July 2008. Since its opening, KSS Blue Box has already received more than 15 bookings for the new 407 and 206.
At a glance, the new KSS Blue Box which is located at No. 134-C, Jalan Dua, Off Jalan Chan Sow Lin, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, has a built-up area of 2,500 sq.ft. for the showroom and 4,250 sq.ft. allocated for a 13-bay service area with 10 hoists. KS Service has a manpower strength of around 25 and they are able to support a throughput of 40 vehicles per day depending on the complexity of the required task. They are also equipped with the latest diagnostic tools i.e. state-of-the-art Peugeot Planet System (PPS) which comes with internet feed to a 24-hour call center that is able to ‘communicate’ with Peugeot vehicles when plugged in to analyze and trace electrical malfunctions.
