Life Auto Plaza – Six-Star, one stop Auto Centre by 1Q 2008
KUALA LUMPUR, 3 NOVEMBER 2007 – For the first time in Malaysia’s history, auto dealers and car enthusiasts will be proud to have a six stars auto centre that caters to their every needs and desire, when Life Auto Plaza is launched in the first quarter of 2008.
Life Auto Plaza was conceptualized by a group of car enthusiasts five years ago who dreamt of having a place where auto fans can walk in, browse through a few car showrooms before they decide to purchase their dream car.
Currently about 80% of the building is completed. When completed, this RM100 million one-stop auto centre would be providing an avenue for auto manufacturers, distributors, resellers and players in the auto industry to promote and sell their products.
As a one-stop auto centre, Life Auto Plaza is uniquely designed. It can accommodate more than 50 auto showrooms for car and motorcycle display and it is located in Jalan Loke Yew in Kuala Lumpur.

With a built up space of over 700,000 square feet, at least 8 floors on this ultimate auto centre will be leased out.
There will be a Convention Centre, constructed on the ninth floor that can accommodate 1,000 people at any one time in comfort and style. Besides providing ample car parks, provisions have been made for a Puspakom Inspection Area, an accessory fitting areas and an auto spa in its two level basements.
Other facilities such as banks and insurance companies as well as the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and the Customs & Excise Department will also be included.
“Living up to its reputation as 6-star auto centre, the centre will be equipped with high speed lifts, digital lights and designed tint glass,” said Dato’ Seri Abdul Rahim.
“Besides this, we will also provide 24 hours security and surveillance services for our tenants and customers,” said Dato’ Seri Abdul Rahim at the media (preview) launch of Life Auto Plaza.
The event was officiated by the Deputy Minister of Transport, Yang Berhormat Mulia Dato’ Seri Tengku Azlan Ibni Almarhum Sultan Abu Bakar.
The centre will also be leased out to lifestyle service providers such as a fitness centre, coffee houses, fine dining restaurants, saloons, exclusive spas, children play centre and many more.
As the ultimate auto centre, Life Auto Plaza is set to become a permanent exhibition centre where those passionate in cars can easily walk in, appreciate the range of models and drive home their dream wheels all under one roof.
