Volvo S40 & S60 Buyers
Kuala Lumpur, October 11,2005 – Volvo Car Malaysia has made it easier to own two of its most sought-after Volvo performance sedans – the stylish award-winning Volvo S40, and the sleek and sporty Volvo S60, by introducing a zero interest financial package for the first two years.
With the launch of this new Volvo Easy Ownership Plan, customers who purchase the new Volvo S40 or Volvo S60 will enjoy better savings and an attractive financial package which includes a complimentary pre-approved Maybank Platinum Card with two years waiver on annual fee and complimentary RM200,000 PA insurance coverage.
Additionally, Volvo’s existing 3-year warranty and 3-year Volvo on Call Gold Package are included as part of the comprehensive package for new owners of the Volvo S40 or the Volvo S60.

Packaged as the Volvo Performance Sedans, both the Volvo S40 and the Volvo S60 come equipped with five-cylinder, high performance engines between 170 – 280 horsepower rating.
The new Volvo S40 is an award-winning premium compact sedan while the S60 is a luxurious sports sedan with two turbo engine variations to choose from. The new S60 facelift models offer enhanced features and greater performance.
Volvo on Call is the first-of-its-kind complimentary premier roadside assistance programme in the country. The initiative offers Malaysian-registered Volvo car owners complimentary onward travel services, hotel accommodation, and emergency breakdown assistance around the clock throughout the year.
The new Volvo S40 comes with an on-the-road price (without insurance) of RM189,998.48 while the Volvo S60 starts from RM226,963.18. Both cars are available at dealers of Volvo Cars – Federal Auto Cars Sdn Bhd and Swedish Marque Sdn Bhd.
