Ford Concessionaires Opens New 3S Centre in Penang
Those who wish to wish to buy or already own a Ford in Penang now have a one-stop location to go to – the new Ford Concessionaires 3S centre along Jalan Sungei Pinang. As the ‘3S’ indicates, this facility (opened recently) offers Sales, Service and Spare Parts.
The design and layout of the facility meet the strict global CI (Corporate Identity) requirements of Ford, with the focus on ensuring that the experience for a customer is a pleasant one.
Customers will be able to view the full range of Ford vehicles and also purchase Ford merchandise at the showroom, and test-drives can also be arranged at the same venue.
Those who have vehicles sent in for servicing can relax in an air-conditioned lounge which is equipped with amenities.
“Our Penang facility offers the customer first-class comfort and hospitality, right from the time he or she steps into the showroom till the time a new Ford vehicle is driven away, and then when it comes back again for servicing and maintenance,” said Zaifullizan Abdul Aziz, General Manager of Ford Concessionaires.
He added that the investment in the facility, as well as in training staff to offer superior standards of customer care, are evidence of Ford Concessionaires commitment as a leading Ford dealer in Malaysia.
The Penang facility is the second new one to be opened this year by Ford Concessionaires. Earlier in the year, its new head office/3S centre was opened in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
