yeah.. that is the easiest way but you need to do that while engine
running. Bare in mind that our lambda heater circuit provide resistance to
the fuel pump limit the current flow to the pump. By disconnect the lambda
while engine running meaning we isolate the resistance hence max current
flow to the the pumps and potentially overload it. Pump might still be
able to swallow it if been exposed to overload situation for a couple
times but if more than that.. it wont give u a damn.. ,
WGT, aku baru overhaul one 1.5 alfasud gearbox donated from tkw- one of
our alfasud kaki..., its final drive ratio using 11/35 and its direct
replacement with our 9/37 final drive. I tell you if we used this one then
you gonna beat most cars at the traffic light sprint but my calculation
resulted the top speed only 180km/h at 7000 rpm. good for 400m sprint I
guess.
Also I just got a new digital pressure meter for static compression test.
It was free from my office lab where I removed from scrap to be eqp. The
ability to trigger at the highest pressure point make me smile all night
long. compare to old school meter using dial which take all night long of
cranking to complette all 4 cylinders static compressiom measurement.

my mechanic had also repaired the 146 boxer g/box using alfasud g/box
parts & mentioned of this gearing issue also. but seems gear shift not as
smooth due to non syncro or something along that line...
