The very fact that most recomended HHK as they are able to provide good
service in this website have resulted many to visit them....and know we
complaint that they have too many cars la...don't want to attend to
certain models la...
But...if you think carefully ...who exactly created such problem...?
So...now if there is another better workshop in town...PPPsssttt....keep
it to urself..SSSsshhhh...

mind that you are very unhappy with HHK. Even this is an understatement.
Perhaps, anger has truly clouded your mind and if you calm down a little,
take a dozen chill pills, you will see that no one is disputing the fact
that you are for them.
As many here has said, if you don`t like them just take your money
elsewhere. It`s not that HHK is the only workshop in the KV. There`s
always FA Italia : an A/C waiting room with a range of snacks and drinks
to choose from plus the stacks of magazines and dailies too. I`m also sure
that Terry and his boys are also much friendlier than the HHK bunch. HHK?
You will be lucky if you had a teh tarik in sight to quench that thirst.
Mags? Try a 4-page glossy clip ranting about the Alfa GT cum A3-size
poster. Then there`s also the multitude of workshops mentioned.
By the way, there`s no need to call anyone dogs here. IMHO, this is pretty
darn distasteful and even worse than that of the behaviour which you
perceive, exuded by HHK.

clearly that some like HHk and some don't. well, that's life la. it's pretty
normal. even though i had been turned down twice bby HHK, i still
think they made the right decision. their garage was full and cars
were still waiting outside. but i sitll go there nowadays, to visit them
and see how they do. and they always layan me and i do not have
either 147 or 156, just plain old Fiat Bravo haha.
bottomline is, whether we like HHK or not, we make our own choices.
and decisions, so please don't let these garages split our
brotherhood. no point to it.

good quality service and good price? Sorry dude....no such thing
happen'.......
this was not the issue, most of us here are prepared to pay for quality.
there was no question about their quality of work and charges, these guys
are good and reasonably priced. But the point is they shouldn't undermine
new customers or non-regulars and should never discriminate those with
older models.
i agree that some priority should be given to regular customers but not
to the extent of chasing away a non regular ....
if the issue was overcharging or substandard work then fine we should
walk away and go to other w/shops. but the issue here is
discrimination..... and it must not be tolerated ! they must be told that
what they have done and maybe still doing is wrong - there should never
be any form of discriminition !
sorry guys.... i dont mean to be a wet blanket of sort but i share the
frustration of some fellow alfistis that were discriminated. i hope that
what i've said here and earlier were taken constructively as intended.....

In this case, you should pack your bags and leave Malaysia cos
discrimination is prevalent here. Look at the larger issues around and you
will see what I'm getting at.
BTW, you are a walking contradiction. You condemn discrimination yet you
endorsed it when you say 'i agree that some priority should be given to
regular customers...'. Isn't this already discrimination? Duh...
