Look at the models of cars of those mostly in defense of HHK.

Look at the models of cars of those mostly not happy with HHK.

Ageism.

Its rather apparent.

Which is exactly the issue here.

i agree with you wgt145.
Some people see it some people dont.
Anyways, if anybody asks me would i try to go back to hhk, of course i
would as long as they have the time to look at my car. Yeah, probably
making appointment with them is the best solution right now, although i
kinda missed those time when i just show up at their shop and get my
service/repair done there and then.
and about the comment that "itu 146 punya org tak ada duit punya orang" yes
it hurts but then again that doesnt mean those who drive the newer models
have a lot of money either....
semua charge kat kredit card jugak.... apa susah.. 3ribu no problem.. swipe
aje...semua tu hutang jugak...nothing great..!
ha ha!!

actually i just sent my car to HHK last week for repairs. i've never had
problems with them, although i have been asked to bring my car in another
day, only because their workshop was full.

BUT as i mentioned before i have experienced first hand, to be shot down
while asking for repairs at a certain alfa workshop. if u read my earlier
comment, the particular workshop i'm describing has been around for more
than 4 years.. and its not the ol' timers like megaauto or goodwork. take
a guess.
its not that important really, but that ######CCB will never see my money
again thats for sure.

maybe i wasnt clear.... i am not in defense of HHK and never will be, if
you read my posting on page 1 of this thread you will see why and how
strong I am against them.....

every dog has its day.... and one day those dogs that they are at HHK
will realise that their heydays are gone. by that time they`ll probably
put up an offer to handle 145/146 and never seen before customers... fine
let them chase us away now and insult us by being arrogant and
distasteful... there are other w/shops....

actually... i have both 156 and 145 as some of you who are close to me
may know. i wonder, if i was a customer of those dogs (refer above) what
would they say or do ? just service my 156 and not my 145 or be nice
whenever i drive in the 156 and turn away when its the 145 that i drive
in with..... ?

luckly u guys sending alfa to fix. if fiat lagi teruk (maybe coupe can
get away with it lar). haha.

i oso had good and bad experience with them. 156/147 got higher
priorities. That's for sure. but for new customers, u better be warned.
unfortunately italian drivers got not much choice. either u live with
their "attitude" or take your car elsewhere.

i left my car there for 1 week. unattended, i went back to Torino Motors.
Got slaughtered, and gave up. hehe.

still have italian heart, but i can't find any reliable / competent /
honest / friendly workshops.

aiya, no need to get ur panties all in a twist. it's a free world. there
are tons of workshops out there. if u dont like one - HHK, or mega auto,
or FA, or whatever - just dont go there. take ur money somewhere else.

the market will self regulate and any workshop that's not good will
eventually die off (as some have).

2 thumbs up for HHK. I have no problems with them. They are honest and
reliable service centre. Just make a call and make a booking. They will
definitely attend to you. In my opinion, HHK is friendly and reliable
service workshop. If you want friendly workshop Alfatech is good but
there is a price you have to pay. The choice is yours.
