Hello

My Pioneer AVH Z5150BT HU just a week installed new. CD got stuck and cannot eject.

There is no pin hole to force eject and nothing mentioned about this issue in Manual.

Please someone guide me.

Since it is new, best to go back to the shop to get it fixed. Don't want to void any warranty

HI, I am not an expert on this but I will try to help you based on my own experience.
If you have pressed the eject button and heard the CD in there 'moving', chances are that the plastic opening of the CD slot is misaligned. It's best to send your car back to the shop ASAP as today is CNY Eve.

What I did last time was to 'reposition' the outer edges of the player with a metal ruler so that the CD slot is not pressed out of alignment. I had to wait until the shop was opened so that they can redo the player properly. Later on, I used USB and stopped playing the CD

Hai everyone

The problem already fixed. You wont believe how careless that the CD was lying on top of the casing instead of thinking it got stuck. There is a small clearance on top of the HU where accidentally you may slot in the CD. Lesson learnt.

Oh! I thought usually the fit should be tight. This means your HU got some space in between...... :o

Oh My Goodness!
I hope they can do something with the gap and not just blame it on the design, "Oh, your car is like that one la... etc."
The reason why you go to them is buy that unit and have them install it for you without any problems. No one wants to go back to the shop again and again for the same thing.

This is one of the main reason I have stopped doing this and just accept the car's original system.
