As we know, most new cars nowadays that are eco friendly are fitted with Eco Idle automatic start-stop system, which can reduce fuel consumption and emissions. But is this Eco Idle system really help in reducing fuel consumption?

Yes, the eco idle system helps a lot in saving fuel. This is because the equipped eco idle system will automatically stops the engine when the car is idle and restarts upon release of the brake.

As I know, most cars nowadays (even local cars) with eco idle system has the effect of reducing official fuel consumption by 0.3 litres/100km over the regular car without this feature.

The Myvi car is not bad also. With Eco Idle engine start-stop technology, the 1.3-litre Myvi can achieve 21.1km per litre.

If look like tat, Eco Idle system really works to cut fuel use.

I curious what petrol brand is more suitable for Perodua Car equipped with Eco Idle System? Caltex, Petronas, BHP, Shell or Petron???
