I have just changed to BARDAHL Fully Synthetic 5W-30 oil and added TUFOIL Engine Treatment oil after flushing the engine with LIQUI MOLY Engine Flush. I also changed to NGK IRIDIUM IX Spark Plugs TR6IX 3689 and K&N Pro Series Oil Filter. Drove the car at 140km/hr.
Found:
1) Engine runs very smoothly & quieter than before oil change.
2) Acceleration is superb.
3) Engine temperature is slightly lower than before.
4) Pick-up is excellent.
5) Gear changes are great and has no lag (same as before).
6) Engine is very responsive.
7) Lastly, I cannot find anything to complain.
Thanks.

good to hear that.
however i dont recommend adding oil treatment.
most of the time it just thickens the current oil,
plus, there are no way of knowing if the additive works well with the engine oils additive.
fyi there are already cfe engine with fail turbocharger.
what proton found out is that the x1r is the cause of the problem.
in case u dont know, some sc do add this additive to the engine.
what happen is the additive broke down and form ome sort of sludge.
oil do breakdown under stress.
this sludge then clogged the turbine oil line starving the turbo of oil.
a turbine starving of oil will breaks down unexpectedly.

Any oil change will make you feel smooth.
What's the previous oil viscosity used before this?
If you were using 40 and now turn to 30, easily you feel it's lighter
