Dear all, need some advise...
I recently purchased the Alpine PXA H800 processor together with the RUX800 controller, just tuned for the first time and supposed to send it back to the installer for 2nd tuning as I installed a new amp and new sub at the same time, so some run in is expected before the 2nd tuning.
However, I've already got frustrating problems and would like to know if someone here can help !
1)The RUX800 controller will decide to stay asleep sometimes when I start the car. Once it decided to sleep, no matter how many times I restart the car, it won't turn on. And I'll have the whole journey without music.
2)The RUX800 wake up when I turn the key, it will like doing the warm up, and go into standby where I can see the temperature, voltage .. AND at the sametime, some noise come out... then I crank the ignition, the RUX800 will restart, once I on the head unit ( I actually use the OEM head unit and use the speaker input to feed the H800 ), then no more noise.
Anyone have similar issue before?
