Forget this outlet. I was there 2 weeks ago. The salesperson who saw me didn't even attend to me despite me waving at him asking for service. Even though he was with another customer, he could have asked me politely to wait. But he didn't even lifted his head to look despite his client telling him there's a visitor!
Glenmarie Mercedes Benz was an awesome experience. Despite short handed on a Sunday, they apologized to waiting customers and attended once they were free.

The problem about these premium cars SA is that they pick their customer. Before i bought my F10, I went to Auto Bavaria, Ingres and Quill. I could see that they pick older customers unlike younger and the way they are dressed. But nowadays, customers are king and you decide whom you wanna buy from. Social media is now available to anyone and people do take their unhappiness to the WWW and others can read about it. I bought mine from a young SA in Auto Bavaria who had the patience to explain from head to toe about the car and arranging test drives and he was the one who changed my mind from buying an F30 to an F10. The other 2, you need to ask them, "can someone assist...only they will come" Nuff said.

True, true. I visited Quill one afternoon on a weekday and got absolutely ZERO assistance. After 10 minutes, I left.

But its totally different in Singapore. I was there with a friend and we were in shorts and slippers, and yet the salesperson attended to us without even asking where we are from. Answered every question we had about the car.
