Duragloss Ad And Dangerous Flickering

Be aware that the fast flickering of the Duragloss banner advertisment at the
top of this forum is dangerous and can induce photosensitive epilepsy, even
if the flickering is just for a few seconds.

Most local young and inexperienced IT people are not aware of Guideline 2.3
