Hi boss do you managed to buy the spar urethane? mind to sell some?

if not i'm gonna proceed with my plan during raya festive holiday, using the spray lacquer method. :wub:

Not sure how much he got left. He did 2 or 3 cars already then we had DIY TT another 2 cars, something like that....I check with him and see....

hi, i just bought a sandpaper today, it has 1000c written behind, was that mean 1000 grit? what is the "c" stands for?

feels very fine compare to usual supermarket bought sandpaper (unknown grit).

Yup, the bigger the number the finer the sandpaper grade. C should be the paper weight or thickness, A being the lightest, so C should be medium.

You bought the silicone carbide ones, right? Black and can use with water for wet sand.....

yes... gonna start my spray coating experiment during the raya holiday.

now left-out the isopropyl alcohol and the acrylic lacquer spray. I don't know if can use cd cleaner alcohol instead of isopropyl to cleanup the surface before spraying?

CD cleaner should be okay as long as it can evaporate fast leaving no residue.....
