Saga Auto Transmission Problem

1st Gear
I have an Iswara Aeroback, which is with 3 steps Automatic Transmission.
Now the gearbox occur an problem, the P, N, and R gear working properly, but when shift to D or '2', it never shift gear automatically. It only maintain to work in Low gear, no matter I am pressing gas, releasing gas, high speed or low speed. When I drive to 40kmh+, the rpm already 4-5k turns (in D stage), the gear never shift to 2nd or 3rd.
What is the problem? Anyone can assist me?
