Ford pick-up users,
I've checked thru the Ranger propel shaft, the only point that can be
access is the gear-look thing which is not fully enclosed. Somewhere at
the middle of shaft.
Is the gear-look thing where we suppose to be lubricate at every 5000Km ?
Other part of are enclosed, not accessible.
If yes, just lubricate along the teeth ? Right ?

There's a thread in the Trucks & SUVs section you might be interested in.
From the sound of your post, you may be on the wrong track.
It's the nipples enclosed within the universal couplings (spider-like
thingamajig) that needs greasing, and yes, there is a problem getting a
grease gun nozzle to the nipples.
