don't mind paying one-time upfront for the truck (because those you bring home) but looking on the roadtax, it is a bit too much. say you keep the truck for 5 years, you need to fork MYR4,400 before disposing the 2.5L truck but for 3.2L, you need to invest MYR15,150 out of the window. frankly, I heard so much about ranger NVH and that was one of appetizing reason and then queston is whether I really need the hype of HP (hap remappd the original 136 HP in current use) for urban driving or I can settle 2.2L. The deal breaker for 2.2L is depending how many items being removed compare to 3.2L. If they can fitted all those items in 3.2L as optional, then 2.2L will be my preference.

Roadtak is not a big issue in Sabah. so done alang2 hehehe.

After looking the so cool spec of the Ford Ranger, i've also booked the XLT auto without even test driving it.
Anyone already test drove the car? Is it true that new model car got no discount? anyway, the price also not yet confirm.

Dear Sifu Sifu.... this is indeed a very informative section for people like me. I love Rangers and actually it is love at the first sight when i saw it... My first dbl cab is DMAX 3.0 ( Loan already Finished- i am quite satisfy with it and still running good)... now i am thinking Ranger 3.2 CC.. my wife loves Santa Fe.. suprisingly one of the most powerfull SUV at 2.2 CC -- 197 ps phew witt ..!!! and even stronger than Ranger 2.2 and all the other other pick up including pajero sports.... but hearing the news with regards to getting Korean Car parts difficulty really scare me off... well anywhere can't wait myself to get one of this monsters truck Ranger.....
