hi all,
im new to this forum and i am a woman driver. dispite this undeniable fact that i do not know even how to check the engine oil level, to check the battery condition, i am very very very "da" disappointed with the suzuki service. my beloved alto has being there, abondaned without even being touched by the tecnician. the problem was my car will suddenly stop (the engine will suddenly off) when i was stuck in the pack jam. when my husband called the suzuki aiman motor jln 222, the similar response will come out which is "we are waiting for the technician from the suzuki malaysia"
my concern here is, who is "suzuki malaysia"? what are the differences between the "aiman motor suzuki" and "suzuki malaysia", now we are waiting, and still waiting, as at today, as per my day counting, there are already 3 weeks my car stucked there without even they able to find the problem!
this is my frustration and my 2 coins for those interested to join the "suzuki owner club" , please also take this as consideration ...

There are lots of horror stories being told about Aiman motor service. Personally I am yet to encounter problems with parts, I did a warranty claim at Shah Alam for my SX4 and they came back to me within 2 weeks with the part replaced.

i am considering to getting myself a suzuki sx4 crossover. after reading this thread, i think i will have to reconsider and in the mean time, gather more information pertaining on this. since suzuki sx4 crossover is a CBU car, high possibility that the parts issue maybe worse than CKD Swift.
Anymore updates on the parts issue?

Suzuki if in CBU form (or the CKD been done by more established assembler), the build quality should be much better. Reckon the SX4 size interior not much bigger than Swift except for headroom. For Suzuki (except the Swift Sport) don't expect super fast pick-up and good FC. On parts, wonder why people love to steal the wiper round plastic/rubber cover of the screw nut of the Swift..

Not surprised with all these claims that Suzuki Malaysia do not carry parts. I own a Suzuki Alto and needed a tyre replacement. Have been asking around for the original tyre size replacement and seems that Malaysia do not carry such tyre size.
Called the Suzuki hotline and after some time they got back to me that not even Suzuki Service Centre carries such size. If I want , they will specially order for me. WTF!!
When I asked them why did they bring a car into a country when they could not find even check if such tyres are available locally? Guess what was their answer? THEY ONLY BRING IN THE CAR!!
Well.... Good Luck to Suzuki owners.... Looks like these Suzuki folks are not interested in after sales service....
Wish me luck in finding the tyre or I might just change all tyres to another size!

No wonder a mechanic told me the radiator fan needs to be ordered from Japan.
