Remove the gearbox and engine, put in the best types of Lithium batteries you can find, a good electric motor drivetrain from Siemens with lots of torque with at least 150HP, custom make a drive shaft and LSD with appropriate drive ratio that connects directly to the electric motor. There you go. Accelerates faster than 1.8 GTi and more "GREEN" too. tongue.gif

The Neo CPS is tuned to give crisp throttle response. However this can only be experience with the manual version.
This fact is explained bg Proton eg when they launch the car.

Power wise,u will feel the different.Manual is still manual and auto is still auto.
U will feel the power loss.
My advice is,if u want to get the Neo CPS go for the manual. If want an auto, get something else.
Best choice is to keep the GTI.

i completely agree with gunnerzz... i've test drive both auto & manual...i might say that if u want power, its manual all the way smile_thumbup.gif

for auto.. its kinnda like driving a normal auto 1.6 car with leather seat & sporty bodykit.. feels like driving persona IAFM.. smile_sleepy.gif

keep the GTi.. if u kindda bored on the looks, try transform it to R3 GTi smile_thumbup.gif
