Anyone experience that? I made a complaint to Suzuki SC and the personnel told me that they cannot do anything though they have received many complaints, cause Suzuki Malaysia does not include this in their warranty.

i believe this is a rare/isolated case... more common one is like uneven/bulging at the passenger airbag panel

This uneven/bulging of the airbag panel once happened in my fren's Vios after he has parked his car in the open air car park under intense sunlight for 5 consecutive days.
I guess for my gear knob case I couldn't do anything, I will find some DIY method to fix back the paint.
