B230FT, reasonly just a about two months i overhauled and rebuild the
tranmission which caused RM4000, changed all four tires to Micheli MVX8,
changed air filter, fuel filter and air cleaner. My mechanic recommends me
to drain the ATF oil every 25000KM to ensure metal particles don;t float
around in the tranmission which could further make the tranmission heavy.
In reference to spark plugs, please use back the orignal spark plus which
cost only RM55. On top of that my mileage is 242000KM.

so safe aaa ur car... even the 240 i'm driving gives us about usually 120
to 130 km per RM20 fill... this is for city driving laaa... the car use
carbureter lagi pun.... eheheheh...
but, i love using Shell petrol!!! more kilometeres right...sometimes (when
got extra money) i'll use V-Power... the heavy bricks will turn into a very
light machine with V-Power!! plus, can get points for BonusLink... eheheheh

the gearbox except for the adjustment of the pressure. Pickup is
excellent. Seems that everyone is amazed with the fuel consumption. Even
when the needs stands at half tank and when i check my mileage is
indicates. 300KM. One advice for volvo 940 turbo models. please change
engine oil every 5000KM without fail.

compete with the best readings for highway FC. Anyway I've been
monitoring mine since that earlier post and the average for city driving
is only 6 to 6.5km per litre
As for the fuel reading yes it is true that the first half tank last
longer than the next half tank (i.e before empty light comes on which I
pushed a bit can still get 40-50 km - I know not good for the car but
just wanted to know the limit)
for your drive let us know what is ur speed range also.. mine seem to
perform best when maintain 110km-115km
Cheers

Just to share with you, I use Castrol Magnatec in regular change basis.
If the most of the travel are around the town, I change the engine oil
for every 4000 km, but when long distance travelling I changefor 5000 km.
I use Petronas Primax, it seems that this petrol help to clean the
injectors.
