"Volvo forummer,
Anybody know about a 850R that appear in the Star paper 2 to 3 months
ago?
If I am not mistaken, the previous owner is staying in Subang, advertised
the car for RM65K, car number plate 8898, company car, might have
steering
rake problem and perhaps now sold to a new owner in Taman Perindustrian
Pusat Bandar Puchong. Is this an automatic or manual car? "

850,

I think I called up the owner, it was an auto. I was more inclined to a
manual.

Sengthee,

Good choice if you go for manual, can soup up to 400bhp without any worry
on the gearbox issue .... Big Smile If anyone can modify mine for me, I will
go for it also ... 3rd gear also wheelspin while rolling.

Ziemann,
Ya lah. Now pening as which car to go for. If second hand, I will pick
Volvo again. Again what model. How much is the budget. How much to spent
on repairs etc. Pening. Pening. Dont sell also headache, sold already also
headache.

Bukit Merah trip? Actually VOCM was just thinking about a trip there so
the northern members can meet up with the central guys. They are also
thinking about JB so that the southern guys can meet up with KL folks. As
I am not in the committe, therefore tak boleh lah cakap banyak. Gosip
sikit sikit boleh. Sekarang kereta Volvo sudah takda, lagi tak boleh sibuk
nanti ordinary membership pun kena suspen.

Anyway, hope your friend can find one soon. I believe KL memang ada. Got
to come down, spend 2 to 3 days, macam style glock19, cari sini cari sana,
sure can get.

tbong,
Norrrrrrrrr lah. Where got sold at VERY HIGH price? Just RM40+ K mah.
Reasonable lah considering I have spent about RM6K to do up the car and
polish day and night for the last 365 days.

Poor me for not winning $$$$ from TOTO. Last Sunday after morning
breakfast, my family and I went to Mid Valley Megamall. Told myself that I
should buy the car number after shopping but did not do it as we left the
mall at 7.30pm. Damm. Missed the opportunity to place a deposit for a
brand new S60 T5. Just kidding.

Folks, for those who missed this chance to “Fatt Tat” dont forget to buy
6363 kau kau and try to make those 4 digits outlets pokai. May your wish
come true.....

sengthee,
Where is the owner from? Which area? Any chance still got his phone
number? Any thing about his car that you’ll like us to know? Thanks.

glock19,
Long time no see. With KL type of traffic, manual gear will cause my left
leg to be bigger than right in no time. Auto is the way to go,
brudder.........

cap48,
I hv yet 2 pay 4 my saman. How abt u? Pay 2gether can ask 4 discount eh?

850GLE, paid my "summons" already. Have sent them the Postal Orders but
have not heard from them todate. There's a deadline to provide the
driver's particulars & to paid the fine. So, take note or you may find a
warrant of arrest or something coming your way!

The Offer to Compound was for RM150-00 (pls check yours to see what have
they offerred) & even if you negotiate, they may only reduce it to RM100-
00. May not be worth the time & effort to do so. I decided not to waste
time & just pay.

Yeah. I agree that for KL traffic, an auto would be the best. However,
your right leg will constantly be on the brake pedal & that may make your
right leg grow bigger than your left! hahaha. Personally, I'd prefer a
manual for pure driving pleasure especially on the winding country roads.
An auto won't give you the same kind of thrill. Anyway, to each his own.
The choice is with the individual.Big Smile

Someone just settled for a manual 850R last few days. The car is now in
T.lim for some mods.

850GLE,
You may want to pay a visit to T.lim wshop just to re-charge your spirit
and also to remind you how beautiful that car can be. Being a devil here
huh.... Evil

At the same time, there is also a T5 for sale. A good deal I think. You
can also check out with T.lim on this T5.

Cheers.

cap48,
The tawaran kompaun is RM150. Last day to pay 24th April.
Haiya, our friend has yet to settle the balance of the purchase price.
Where got money to pay summons? The small deposit has gone into belanja
kawan & 4-D shop on Wednesday. Finnishto.
To reduce the “STRESS” of having to pay summons, I have decided to pay
thru http://www.rilek.com.my

RD2D,
Been to T.Lim’s place 3 days ago. Saw buzzvic 940Wagon there. Knew about
the 850 Sedan undergoing heart transplant. People is following de trend U
set. Everyone wants a BIG heart, in this case T5R engine that can smoke
the car tyres while on the move!

hohgch,
Pay. Pay. Must pay. As far summon is concerned, don’t play play.
I am not so worried about cannot transfer of ownership but more about
police coming at past midnight knocking at my door with warrant of arrest.
Where got rest? I am not so much of kiasu but more of kiase.

Topic of interest for today - you people sure take my “advice” seriously
eh? Went to buy 6363 on Wed 2pm and surprised the number was all sold out.
All 3 outlets. Everyone must be thinking of joining me to place a
deposit for a brand new S60T5. Hahaha. Have a nice day to uuuuuuu all.Tongue

850GLE, relik's credit card payment section was down the last time I
logon. Do check or you'll have to use the other methods of payment. Good
luck.
