I-MOB is more than an immobilizer & tracking device. You can treat it as
a special online service. The service centre actually encourage you to
press the emergency button located secretly, anytime you wanted to. Not
only when you're hijacked, crashed, emergencies etc. You can press the
button and chit chat with the operator, or asked for direction...so on.
But too bad always an Indian guy will answer you.Big Smile

This device can set speed limit with mobile phone notifications. You can
also buy a separated GPS software that instantly convert your car current
position on a detailed map. A lot of functions.

But yearly charge RM400+ wor.... and CCB only insstall on MB. No other
make will be entertain. Other dealers I dunno lah...

As your car is brand new (presume you got it from C&C or other local authorized distributor), you will need to worry about warranty. Only i-mob installation will protect your warranty as it is done by C&C. My 2 sen.

I-Mob is more realiable. UK product. And the team supporting it(supervising, tracking, monitoring) in Malaysia is trust worthy enough. Not any Tom & Jerry.
Ram me if you can!

Do you know that they can't even tell me the GSM charges by Maxis if used in Singapore? They said it would be "roaming", so would incur additional charges but dunno how much. Crazy fellas !
