Planning to get a 2nd hand Kancil. What will be the processing fees
payable?
Some use car charge about 500, some 1200
This car will be financed, so there should be :
1) HP fees - $____
2) Transfer fees - $_____
3) Others - $____

Hi,
I paid Transfer fees RM350 and Processing fees RM350 =RM750
and i paid extra RM600 for HP fees because of my interest is very low
only 3.6% for a 2 years old car.
Don't kena con from used car dealer. U should pay only transfer fees and
processing fees. $ depends on dealer. U can always negotiate with them.

Just be aware with some dealer, they even try to find some extra $ from
you, it happen to me that they even ask for "Agreement Fees", sound like
buying house, so they will come with all sort of terms.
Transfer fees is pay to the bank, it's compulsory! Processing fees is not
compulsory, see how you bargain with the dealer.

actually there are no processing fee.just runner/despatch charge.

If u buy direct from owner, u pay for transfer fees only (RM150) if u buy
cash. If thru finance u pay around RM300 to RM500, depends on finance.

The processing fee is now RM3,000 from most car dealers. Why is it so expensive now?
For cash buyer, can it be negotiated down to RM1000? Transfer ownership fee, runner fees, should be below RM500 only.
