Stormers
My 2003 model is using R12 gas...is this normal.thought R12 was phased-
out andonly R134A was allowed
Was shocked when servicing it,the foreman told R12 was used...

I'm going to get my aircond serviced end of this month. I'll check. Mine's
a 2002 model but unlikely to be any different.
BTW, do you find the airconditioner pathetic? It doesn't seem effective at
all and during warranty, I've had it checked like four times.

ekhoo
the ac is non-conformance but after service it, it s getting 1000% better[:
D]..however, i notice a string of bubbles at the sight glass and the towkay
says its normal....i disagreed but the ac was working well though..i still
cant believe storm is still using R-12
