letter (Toyota) and copy it to UMWT. That will definitely get their
attention.
But I have to say Honda service is top notch especially the one at PJ
near Sec 17 (Sumber Auto). Very nice bunch of service advisors!!

The email address is correct!
Below's the actual reply from the Oversea GM - Kazunori Harada san.
Another suggestion to all " altisist " .
Try to take photos and attach with the email.
Let them know how serious is your faulty vehicle.
But please be polite the way you write. No " fxxk " word definately.
"TMC CR division"

'ap-overseas@mail.toyota.co.jp' and so far no bounce back mail. I read from
the forum that there is 'apoverseas@mail.toyota.co.jp', not sure which one
is correct, though I never got any reply from anyone from Japan.
My car is fixed, in record 2 days time. QC problem.
Here are more exciting news - understand Toyota is coming to 'take over'
the local production works. Not sure of the details, but certainly too many
complaints (from inside Toyota).
The new camry is fixed, but my god, they scratched my bonnet real bad, but
the service advisor promised to fix or repaint. I fix and will pass the
bill to them.
The quality needs to be improved.
Can anyone confirm which email address is correct?
Good luck to all! Maybe we should meet one day to collect petition to
tembak them. But some of the service advisors/sales people acknowledge the
problem.
