My wife's ex-car had Kurnia Insurance. From the moment she bought the car
until she sold it, she didn't get any documents at all. It was a 2nd hand
car and we used it only a few months. Luckily we got back our pro-rated
premium. That also a cheque, no other documents.

My Nabira now has Uni.Asia (formerly SEA Insurance). At least I know my
friend is in there if there's a problem.

Mine is Kurnia, the third party also Kurnia.

I pay more that RM1000 a year... and this kind of service I get.

They don't see me as a Customer + Victim !!!

Aaron dude,

I always been informed that if the accident is not yr fault, u can claim
the insurance from the guy who responsible on it.

When u claim yours, automatically, your NCD gone, bro. Next year u will
not entitled to get discount on NCD.

Don't just quote me. But have a check with yr friends, whether u can
claim from that dude insurance.

Remember, it's not yr fault in the first place.

I'm not claiming mine. Just that the kurnia express is like that. Claim
sendiri first, get the police results and submit then they give back the
NCD.

but this is still not the best practise !!

I'm not driving a chevrolet but I have even worse experience with Kurnia.
My car was stolen in October last year, and was promised to have my claim
done within 6 months time. Now, after almost one year, they tell me
they're still inspecting and processing the paperworks. I have to call
them once every few days to ask...... really fed up.

Just 1 week ago, I was called by Kurnia inspectors for an interview, it
took 4 hours time and I was treated like convict.

Sorry to read this Aaron,

Understood you can't make up for TT on 29/9 as Hasbullah was trying to set
up TT when I was downtown KL to fix up car.

Hei ! It's a very tough world out there so CHANGE THE INSURANCE COMPANY
UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED.

AND MUST FXXX THEM FIRST THEN CHANGE Baru Lega.
