Good Afternoon AW Admins,

I would like to suggest the person that start the
thread is allowed to moderate it, yes this may impose
on the freedom of speech of other users, but it's the
best way to avoid what happening in the threads
dedicated to LimLamLim and the threads that he/she is
vandalising and abusing.

I strongly suggest that you allow your programmers to
add this function in. The abuse and the humiliation
not to mention unsurmountable embarassment that such
users bring to other forummers and the forum itself is
inexcuseable.

If you wish, you may even include a log for the
admins/moderators to view what has been deleted from
the thread. If you find the user abusing his/her
powers as a 'moderator', than by all means take
actions against him/her.

Either that, or come out with procedures to eridicate
such people that thrive on harassing other users, that
includes SEXUAL HARASSMENT.

To mentioned that we are responsible for our own words
under these circumstances are just not enough, and yes
the attentiveness of the current moderators should be
applauded for their patience in reading through
thousands of posts.

Rollocam: Please watch your mouth, who are you to
label me crazy?

1. You actually interested to post in LLL`s threads?
After today`s incident?Shock
2. If you understand dynamic IP and the pros and cons
of the internet, you will understand why they can`t.
Shock
3.Have you even weigh for a minute the pros and cons
of my suggestion? Or are you here to only condemn and
not be constructive?
4. You same gang with LLL?Wink

wildgunsr, very good suggestion. Smile but this is a
suggestions forum, do keep only suggestions here ok...

rollocam, i`m a girl. i watched with horror as LLL`s
postings became more and more vulgar and obscene this
afternoon. in fact, i was so embarrassed and
frigthened (still is, i even have problem spelling the
word). such atrocity ! i`ve stopped posting lest i get
slapped with even more obscene replies. Frown

u think anyone else will even read LLL`s thread, that
is if his thread survives the forum admin`s
censorship ?

i`ll leave it to the admin on their decision / action.
they`re the owners, we should respect their decision.

I must say kudos to the moderator for his/her quick
action this afternoon concerning deletion of certain
sensitive thread(s) posted by this individual. It's in
a matter of less than 5 mins the sensitive thread is
gone.

Well, looking at it on the first glance, it would be
nice but if you have started a lot of threads, it
would be a nightmare to maintain all those threads.

However, it is a good idea.

yes, i do agreed to this idea. however, maybe AW
programmer have other priority to handle it first
before they can cater for this issue as this is not a
easy issue to implement. AW need a lot of comment and
support and do a analysis what is the pros and cons
after doing it. i dont think AW will implement the
feature if the respond is weak and it take a lot of
trouble to do it or maintain it. i do understand how
it works. sorry if indirectly accused anyone here.
just my idea and opinion.

anyway, sorry for the problem created by LLL. frankly,
i dont know what really happen on here. just want to
cool down everybody and think about positive way to
solve it. "Do not repay evil with evil" Big Smile

ME: Agreed
noname: Agreed

It is definitely a giant of a task, but I guess, there
are not many options left. The internet is so open,
that 'he' can possibly disguise himself and come spoil
everybody's day again.

ME: Here's what I was thinking, maybe the thread owner
does not have to monitor the thread 24/7, just put it
in his/her watchlist, and when/if do things go out of
hand (like the way it did), other forumers can at
least email the owner and tell him what's going on,
thus a first step to ensure possible action against
unwanted posting....

Just my 2 cents worth.
