I went back to the shop and tyre seller mentioned that other customers had the same problem. It seems that the peak tyre noise at 100 kph, could be created by a `resonance` within the surrounding cavity. Something like the humming sound at low frequency, from a correct resonance in a base reflex audio system.
I almost trade-in my 3 days old Bridgestone for the Fulda. The Fulda cost RM 195 a piece (forgotten the model name), made in Germany, rotational, grippy, comfortable and quiet. It`s highly recommended. But then I did not change because I`ll lose 30 % value of my RM 190 Bridgestone.

Hi Guys,
I`m selling my four Bridgestone RE711 tyres (195/50 R15) for RM 650 nett. Is only 5 days old (bought 20th March). There`s no defect or any problem except myself being too sensitive to the tyre noise. Read up my posting in Performance Protons - `Tyre noise from RE711`. I`m still running-in the tyres, so no hanky-panky or abuse to the tyres.
