they should back up their claims with a dyno chart and what car achieved this.
it`s very difficult to tune the car to give better performance as it requires skill and an in-depth understanding of the charateristics of each manufacturer`s setup.
anyways, it is more effective for the RM1,300++ to be spent on REAL mods such as exhaust systems, intakes and other power enhancing mods.
With that price and mods mentioned above you can get more than 10hp and better fuel comsumption guaranteed!
btw, what car do you intend to put this mod on?

For the price of purchasing and installation and tuning - approx RM1,500++
I`d recommend you use the ECU upgrades from YS Khong or Matspeed. I`ve tried both and they are pretty good.
These ECU upgrades are genuine power upgrades and they can be seen and felt and more importantly both have dynocharts to prove it.

The accessory shop also forgot to tell you that you will need extensive dyno tuning with the S-AFC just to achieve marginal power gains (less than 5hp) on a stock engine.
