I hear originally Directional wanted to bring in the 1.4 Turbo at around
RM70K. I was so happy but my happiness was short lived as they became
greedy (as usual for Directional)and brought in 1.6 instead. I agree at
RM108 or RM99K they will not sell too many of it. I just hope that
Citroen will follow the queue of Peugeot and change the distributor.
I think Citroen days are numbered in Malaysia if this kind of pricing and
strategies continue. I am now seriously considering of changing my ZX to
some of the Jap makes. Since the continental is getting out of my reach.
Vios and City seems like a good buy.

The deformable rear suspension things....I have checked the latest Honda
City - Rear suspension almost the same as C3 except for the diff name.

Goodbye to old Citroen rear suspension...Welcome Nippon adopted
suspension....or so...

Heard from a Cit salesman that Cit dealership will change hand...no more
directional....but then still under DRB...so does it posibliy means good news?

On the price fluctuation thing...they say it is due to exchange rate....???

Still, when checking out other car web sites, most says Citroen is not a
hard to maintain car, it has no particular problem...even reliable!!! so I
wonder what brings to the current poor state of affair here in Msia? Is it
not propoerly designed for our tropical weather (whether?)? Os is it that
we do not have the proper maintainance support?

But then the later citroen looks more and more like any other car...take C5
or C8....just looks like plain fat Jap Kor car...where is the "uniqueness"
of cit?? like BX or XM?

Well that just my 23 cents....

apek... you put tadak put oso mr chips will come round hunting you... so
put it in the for sale place then redirect ppl there lar... can avoid
problems...

it would be nice to see a change... but i dunno whether it will improve if
it changes to another DRB group partner... hopefully it's for the better...

also... citroen is reliable but it is subject to the usage and maintenance
provided by the owner... also dependent on the place where they had the
car repaired... ignorant mechanics tend to screw up the wiring on the
car... or spoil the mechanicals/bushes coz they dunno where to jack...
like i mentioned last time... one of the mechanics, had i not been
surpervising them, would have jack up the car on my lower arm... that
would have been disastrous on the suspension...

seems Directional does not doing a good job here in Malaysia...
wondering why Citreon does not take away the distributorship and give it
to another company.

like me ...apek apek also knew directional and few more continetal car
distributorsare not doing a good job. I guess the bussiness must be in
very bad shape.

Except pegeuot lah...see...more and more pegeouts on federal highway!!!

NEw C3 is very tempting, try to "get rid" my xantia for this car. It is
more nicer if Directional is bringing the small cute Picasso MPV diesel
HDI model. Wondering why Directional is not selling diesel Citroen anymore?

Thers was 1 unit Picasso they brought in, in 2001! I saw it driven by an
executive with 3 other ppl inside..it was then sold in 2002! Advertised
in Motor Trader...asked their ppl, and they said this unit was their
bosses car!
