So I changed the battery of my car following a youtube video of a man changing his battery. I tried starting the car right away (something I probably shouldn't have done). Once I turn the ignition I get a triangle and constant beep warning and "Parking break fault" on the dashboard. The bluetooth and other electrical devices work just fine - but cannot get the car to start.

I've tried to follow some other advices in this and other forums, like leaving the ignition for 2 minutes before turning the key completely to start the engine. I've tried to reboot the BSI by detaching the battery etc, but still keep getting the same warning signals as described. The parking break is completely disabled (even when engine is turned off). I have some rocks on the back wheel so the car won't roll down.

Is there somewhere I'm doing the procedure wrong? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance! Kind regards, André
