Hi,
l also bought one on-line months back with blue colour. l forget the actual price ( around RM 70) . Let me tell you "IT IS HOPELESS", the out-flowing water is slightly stronger than usual passing urine and it does not extend to the expected length. l only used once and chucked it by the side. Perhaps the one sold in grand shopping complexes is better. Incidentally
l am considering to buy KARCHER from <lazada.com.my>

I think there are many brands to these retractable hoses. Perhaps that sold in Groupon was a bad brand because I didn't read about people experiencing "exploding" hoses on the web.

If I am not mistaken, Lazada sells stuff more expensive.

If I recall correctly, Ace having offer for this Karcher HR25 reel at <RM120. Downside is have to cut hose for tap connection and buy additional hose connectors, if you currently do not have.

It comes with
3 x Plus Universal Connectors
1 x Plus Universal Connector with Aquastop
1 Spray Nozzle and
1 x 3/4" Tap adaptor.

Oh seems like they've added more things into the package now. I bought it 2 years ago.

Well....I guess it's too good to be true. Pity though...very convenient if it really does work/last. If it was a little bit cheaper (like more than half of the price listed smile_clown.gif ), I'd most probably would give it a try myself.......

I don't think is convenient because to keep at shrink size need to drain all the water out first..... smile_blackeye.gif

Don't have a connection at the side? If not, then how to reel them in?

Currently using the HR25 premium version. The metal handles are black painted instead of plain metal, and comes with a wall mount as well.
Apart from the kit, all you need is:

1. Tap with threaded mount, then you can screw it the provided tap adapter.
2. Some extra hose to connect the HR25 to the tap. The adapters are also provided in the kit.

Not too sure about the standard HR25, but all items should be present. The difference for the price I believe, other than what I mentioned above, is that the premium version comes in a box and not just a simple wrapper, and is more or less completely assembled.

Let me know if you'd like some pics smile.gif
