My son using it at the moment. FC seems to have improved from 12.4L/100km to 10.4 for my son's usual driving style which is mainly short distance Ipoh city.

i see. looks good to me. mine still about 9.0liter/100km. already hit 500km in this tank and still got 150km to empty.

hi guys,

just a FC update. after using it for 3-4 tank of fuel, i found that our on-board computer FC calculation has a +0.3-0.5l/100km offset. so, if it is displaying 10liter/100km, actual is 9.5-9.7liter/100km.

so far all my 110-120kph long distance FC about 7.8-8.1liter/100km. i think acceptable loh.

rex4585, how is your de-DFP doing so far? exhaust tail pipe black already?

Now FC average about 10.8 for mainly town use. Still better than before dpf delete. Exhaust tips slightly black but acceptable. Even BMW diesel exhaust also black. Seems slightly more eager than before.

Hi all,

Refer to the news below.

http://www.cbt.com.m...le-at-bhpetrol/

So we now have a "pseudo" Euro 4 grade? Has anyone tried the diesel yet? Am in China at the moment. Could not try yet.

Hi all, happy hols today. An update to all on the BHP diesel. Converted to BHP diesel almost a month plus ago. Observed the followings:
1. The exhaust smells sweet(did not smell on purpose but during warm up early am, got a whiff. This is similar to previous Esso diesel. The Shell and Petronas diesel has an acrid smell possibly due to higher sulphur content).
2. Power-wise, did not notice any changes. Initially, after converted to BHP, the car jerks after acceleration when passing road humps. Almost similar to the old problem. Now it is ok.
3. Diesel consumption is similar for now.

Any owner advice on which engine oil to use? I intend to bring own oil for servicing and replacement.

Switched to BHP 1+ month ago (when I heard the news).
Average FC 9.3l/100 km

Switched back to Esso weeks ago (now Petron)
Average FC 9.2l/100 km

Before switching to BHP was using Esso
Average FC 9.2l/100 km

Average daily working distance travelled 90++ km.
Just my observings.
Somehow feels like BHP having better low end power.

Happy holidays!

hi guys,

long time no chat here. just a quick update. my Actyon already clocked 35K now and (touchwood) so far so good. recently install another new gadget (besides Vector) to improve throttle response. it really 'kicks' the car and passengers are complaining due to too much 'G' smile_tongue.gif

it is from germany call TRD (Throttle Response Device). plug n play to the electronic gas pedal. it has 21 steps for you to tweak. nice!

Ohh, I just saw some articles from oversea forums where they claimed to have this failure even it's a new car.

It does not happen to mine anyway

Hi Guys,

Wanted to check if anyone here have this 2 issues?

1. SunRoof slider: Auto sliding forward and backward when it is open

2. USB port: It seems none of my USB stick could get this work.

The above 2 issues was reported during my first service but SC can't seems able to solve them.
