Hi Tan Chong or any people from ETCM/Nissan, please take this feedback into account because every car with the name 'Sports' must have ABS smile_big.gif Not only that, train your salesman to explain all the safety features to the customers because when things go wrong, your company will be blamed (although may not be entirely your fault). You knowlah, they are always lots of unreasonable customers lurking around. smile_tongue.gif

Your Latio Sports comes with ABS hoh? smile_clown.gif

Mebe ETCM when name it as 'Sports" model, they have in mind F1 cars, BTCC cars also tak ada ABS neh smile_tongue.gif
In short, when u buy a new car, u wud've checked through the available specs & features b4 deciding to buy or not smile_clown.gif

Btw seen the Evo X police car... wonder if polis may add in Impreza WRX or Civic Type R onto their fleet.. din know that polis need to use sports cars race with crooks smile_question.gif

Hi Popcorn & sunyatsen,

The title Sports when attached to saloon car, it is compulsory to have the needed active safety device at least ABS. F-1 cars are using magnetic field brake which is superior than any car with computer controlled, won't get into wheel lock as in hydraulic brake. Saloon Car Sports is to give sporty field with required safety requirements. Not to remove ABS and give 2 airbags for getting into crash due to wheel lock.

Saw police in EVO X caught speeder today. I can't remember what car that committed the offense. Yes, Latio Sports have ABS. Only Sentra Sports don't.

Hi zxcvb,

Going to end soon. I am still sharing information anyway.

How many of you are Car Sales Person?

I used to be one few years back worked with CCB. Did you all get your IMI Cert? Just curious, coz I think Honda & Toyota sales now already require IMI.
Ram me if you can!

Hi SplitFire,

What is IMI Cert? If MII, ACCA, CIMA, IT, CNG & MLVK I know. You sold your Waja already after so much modification? So what's the new replacement?

Ada perang baru ada kawan mah laugh.gif Anyway, I wished bro Jay get a correct ride later. Forte is a good choice. So cheap and with loads of equipments too. I must say build quality is not bad too. But, I still think the 2litre Forte should be a better buy. Just a caution that later u might complain underpowerlah, no responselah with the 1.6 and etc.........

Hi Popcorn,

Thanks. People like me definitely will go for Forte 1.6EX the cheapest variant for higher practicality and less electronics gadgets. If they can remove few things from 1.6SX, I'll go for 1.6SX for sure. Forte is using torsion beam only, that's why its handling is behind Civic, else it'll be something on par. Why AW miss me? I'm still around.

Hi Sunyatsen,

Yes, no fight no new friend to debate. Just like the 3 old nissan sifus that I debated with back then became friends now. Hahaha... Sure no regret this time because the few engineers I brought along owned Lancer GT, Altis 1.8G, Sylphy & me N16. Engine confirmed enough strength. Maybe let 1 of them buy Forte 1st while I sell my car so that I can check his Forte further. Just like back then, let others go 1st, if confirmed safe only I go.

Hi Splitfire,

Thanks for the link. Now I know what IMI means. Did you quit because of labour job pay? Engineers, technicians and mechanics here are treated as hard labourer even after paying so much and graduated like any other graduates in Business, IT, accounting, etc. In other countries, engineers & technicians with certs are considered higher level than these groups, on par with IT. Have to work long hours far away from home to just get enough income on par with office work people.

so the Forte 1.6 engine performance better than the Nissan 1.6 CVTC, Toyota's 1.6 vvti, Honda's 1.5 i-vtec or the Suzuki a.6 vvt?
