Heard on the Berita Terkini (TV3) this afternoon that there was an
earthquake in Sumatra (northern part - Acheh) measuring 6.4 or something &
strong waves hit Penang as a result. Even the Selayang Hospital felt the
tremor, it seems, & they did some evacuation. 21 were reported to had died
in Sumatra from the quake. My condolences to the people there.Crying

Tsunamis are rare in this part of the world, therefore there are no
measures to predict it or to manage a crisis after it hit. Hope all in
Penang and west coastal areas are safe. All Volvos and owners still intact?

There is no way to know when earth quake or tsunami hit us ! human just
have to be ready and take precautious measure before the worst hit.

Hi Glock,

Glad to know that you guys are ok... The trip is still on, unless there
is a directive to avoid visiting Penang from the authorities... I'll be at
the Feringghi Holiday Inn, is there a Holiday Inn in town now? Wah, I
must have left Penang for too long...
I'll call when I reach there ok...

P.S. Cheeyam, is your trip still on? yeah maybe can have TT, but
somewhere further inland lah... definitely not on the beach...

P.P.S. Cap48, FYI the ATF cooler install at Turbo Lim was about RM 400+ I
don't remember the exact figure lah, but that was 1 year ago (Dec 2003)
maybe now got price increase already..., have to check with Turbo Lim...

Regards,

Anyway, glad to know all our penang members are OK. saw in the news last

Cap/Suhairi, I install ATF cooler at Turbo Lim is also about the same
price.

All,
Glad to hear that everyone is ok in Penang...

Suhairi,
How about the silicon hoses? How many of them and are they on different
sizes?

Thanks...
