I wonder if the Penang one using sort of the lift type is still around. Many years ago, saw this.
You park the car like going into a lift, and then press the button it shifts to the next lot, but you have to remember the number if not then cannot find the car......

My black vios also had the same problem. Got the first scratches, large long prominent scuffs from the front door to the end door on passenger side. It happens right on the spot inside the condo car park area. Today even damn depressed and anger with second scratches on the same side of car car. I just noticed it after I drove to work this morning.
So angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I can manage to catch those culprits, I promise wil break his damn ******** hands. That's my words.
So sickening when someone did this to you behind your back. I lost faith in anything I trust, even my own beliefs.
What else can we do to prevent this incident especially when you live in country like Malaysia with those sick peoples?

Nothing much.
Either you get a good quality video camera recording inside the car 360 degree view, that can capture the face properly.
Then sue him in court.
But he can retaliate back by doing more things or other stuff.
Are you willing to play the game ?
Or some people jealous about you get that car. A lot of ill-hatred people (dengki) in Malaysia.
Perhaps you parked at his "favourite" spot ? although it can be legal/illegal on the ownership.
Else, just move your car and park at other spot.

Bro., Which condo? Only two cars or got more? Same situation as my colleague who was staying in a Condo. There were
many cars that got scratched, so they form a night watch on rotation to hide and wait for the sick . Finally caught him and handed him to the police. Not sure what happened later on as my colleague have since sold and shifted to landed property...

Did your colleague "punish" that ###### before handing him to the police???
If I were him, I will make sure he can't do this kind of scratching anymore!!!
