some info i got. the original back suspension cost about rm375 at
eon. a friend of mine who has a spare part shop quoted me for rm340. all
this price is only for ONE piece only. i never knew it was going to be
soooo expensive. kakimotor has GAB hi-lo kit for all four for rm2100.
anybody out there got anything to say? any cheaper price? really
appreciate ur help guys (or gals). thanks.

actually, i 'gatal', trying to save some money, i modified my
original shocks to use harder oil and cut the springs. the handling is
good, no problem but recently i had a lower back problem and i want to
have a comfortable ride for the next few months. i also had a leaking
rear shock and during the mod, i've changed the back shock to a nissan
sentra type (but need to lower the retaining ring on the shocks). only
later did i find out that original shocks and springs cost about rm1000
for the rear pair. my mileage is high but i really maintain my car with
autorished mitsu dealers only. anyway, do you know what is the second-
hand value of our car now? if within my budget i would like to change to
the GT model.

Bro,
"Harder oil"
Nissan shocks
Bro dont mess up yr car like rojak la
My 2 sen - If u wanna do, then do it correctly
Standard shocks & spring bout 1k... If u spend a bit on Tien's basic
u'll get excellent ride.. Don have cash then use credit card
Or just get the standard ones.. less headache
Dont buy 2nd hand...
Value? Dont bother la bro.. use car dare take up 50k only
The car is good. Just that if u wanna do something, save $$ first.
When u have enuf dough then start modding. But bare in mind, the car does
has its limitations.
Patience bro...

hehehe, sorrylah bro, sometimes i do crazy things but all your
points noted. i'll be changing my shocks to GAB soon, can't afford TEIN,
too expensive. i agree, the car is good and i dont think i'll sell it now
but just inquiring about second-hand value. Patience...... i think i need
more of that.
