The 2006 model is retailing with 30K discount instead of 40k for the 2005
stock. I paid 78+ for it and with my 55% NCD insurance, its approx 79.5k
so you will be paying 89.5k for 2006 model.

No difference of the spec except your discount is less for obvious reason.

Go to Mofaz damansara Exoticar and called Alex. I have put his nos
earlier on. They only have 40-50 units left I was told for 2006. This is
last of the last. Still a bargain for the spec given: CBU from Holland,
ABS, Traction control, Elec stability program, 4 airbags, sun/moon roof,
6 speed AMT with steering shift, active subwoofer(no need ICE upgrade)
with 6 speakers, rear screen blind, and great fuel consumption. I'm
getting no less than 15km/l no matter how aggresive I drive. Drive in
good manner, 16-18km/l is peanuts! BTW, it will outrun and outhandle many
stock 1.5/1.6 model. Top speed 190km is peanuts... not me though. NO ball
for it!

Smart Forfour discontinued production in 2006.
However, read in Auto Asean Nov 07 issue and Daimler AG Germany announced
they are reviving the Smart Forfour soon.

hi bro yfhow...can u explain more on y the car need to be fully stop then
only can move again leh...coz the real life senario is u wont be always
fully stop during the traffic rite...even the traffic light turn red..but
sometimes it will turn back to green very quickly..expecially now aday
alot of the smart traffic light..they will turn back to green when they
detected there is no car coming from opposite mah...so u just need to
slow down only...then the light wil turn green liao...so sure u will
press the gas paddle n zoom off rite...takkan u stil brake until it fully
stop even the light just turn green meh...i m so curious loh...if it is
really act like tat way..then it is just not practical loh...my 2 cents
