Theoritically, it can be calculated like this:
There are 4 cylinders, intake stroke of all 4 cylinder will be completed
every 2 cycles.
Thus at 6000rpm, meaning 6000 cycles per minute, all 4 cylinders will
completed 1298cc (1.298Litre) suction 3000 times, which is 1.298 x 3000 =
3894 litre / minute

You need to take the volumetric efficiency into consideration.
Make it estimately 85%, the ingested volume is only 0.85x3894 = 3310 L/min
However, the proper way is to use an Air flow meter to measure the actual
volume and calculate back the V.E.
