gunner, Thanks for the offer TT. Looks like you will have to wait a while
though. This month I took on a new direction in my marketing; Marine
industry. I have been visiting yacht clubs for the week, shipyards included.
Ok, if you search the net, you will find that Earls UK is the brand for
Aeroquip hoses and fittings. All the F1 teams use it. Everybody in the
aircraft industry uses it too. kind of like the rolls royce of braided
hoses, brake;fuel;oil;hydraulics. you name it.Another brand name is
goodridge which is actually same product, rather same co(linked) Goodridge
steel braid hoses is brought in in roll form and sold at about rm45 per
meter to w/shops. the fittings is sold seperately, fittings is available in
steel; chrome or anodise, and also in aeronautical grade aluminiun alloys.
from rm 25 to rm 50
depending on the fitting. The is a lot of such stuff;made locally, brand it,
pack and put up for sale. most of them are made in thailand, with some
coming from china as well. it is not hard to distiguish the fake ones. need
to show them to you and you will know from the comparision.
my advise is to forget about the rotors, get a good pad and the hoses, that
should do for you as you are just having standard road going car, not soup
up ones.

Hi all,

A newbie to the forum, but a not a newbie in using a wira diesel non
turbo. Own a 97, wira diesel, was once used by an insurance company and
bought it back in year 2000 at the price of RM22k.

Got alot of problems in years on having the car, it was a growing pain.
Nevertheless, all over the years on having and maintaining the car, I
have learn the pit and strengh of the car. I had the clutch changes more
than once, Engine overhauled and bottom engine exchanged. I had spent
alot of money but, it was all for the knowledge and the love for the car.

The car runs now proudly as I have manage to leave with the problems and
manage to get reliable mechanic to help maintain the car.

A better fuel consumption was the main reason that I use the car and
although it doesnt have the pick up the petrol car, it is the alot
mileage without less frequent fuel up unlike petrol.

I hope the people in the forum are still active and some few issue I like
to find out.

Rattling issue on the car, noise and some improvement towards the car is
needed. Perhaps I can compare notes on the car.

For all forumer reading and reply to this matter, I say thank you,

2nd, how much is the turbocharged engine from Mitsubishi cost?
